Dumplings are one of most popular Traditional food in China .Today I want to tell some way to cook Chinese dumpling. Both raw or boiled dumplings can use this cooking way . You can choose your favourite vegetables to cooking your favour taste.
Materials :
Filling: pork (or beef) sesame oil sugar & salt Vegetalbes flour Cool water Seasoning:

Choose your favourite seasoning Now doing as following:
1. Filling: Mix ground pork, oil, sugar, chop chives,salt and pepper until fine and keep it for more than 12 minutes ; then squeeze out the excess water. 2. Outside Skin: add water to the flour and knead into smooth dough in a bowel and keep for 10 minutes. Rolling each to a thin and flat circle. 3. Filling 1 portion of filling in the center of a dough circle and fold without leaking 4) Then cook the dumplings by boil or fry. Just do as you like.
